WFDSA Advocacy Committee, Amway
Kim Drabik leads Amway’s global direct selling industry relations strategy, including serving as a trusted advisor to executive staff and chief executive office and acting on their behalf for the implementation of partnerships and initiatives worldwide.
Drabik is a passionate advocate for direct selling globally. She has served on World Federation of Direct Selling Association (WFDSA) and U.S. Direct Selling Association committees, including her current role as Chairman of the WFDSA Advocacy Committee. Drabik also has appeared on panels and spoken at a number of industry events.
An Amway employee since 1991, Drabik previously led global corporate social responsibility initiatives, including helping forge the company’s strategy for its One by One Campaign for children. Prior to her role in corporate citizenship, Drabik served as a technical regulatory affairs contact and liaison for 18 Amway markets in the West Pacific and South America for Technical Regulatory Affairs.
Drabik is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
