Patricia Cerra-Madariaga citizen of the world, born in Bogotá, COLOMBIA, is the result of the mix of Italian and Spanish families.

Married with a child of 7 years old, is economist and lawyer, with two master’s degrees in customs law and social security systems. She have studied in Colombia and Spain. She began her working life teaching in the University, then 7 years in one of the most important Associations of Companies in Colombia (ANDI), after that 4 years with the Government, first as Vice-President of National Social Security Bureau and then Director of taxpayer and customs user advocacy.

She spent one year in Rome, with the VATICAN and since 10 years ago she is the Executive Director of DSA COLOMBIA (ACOVEDI).

She has Army Reserve Lieutenant of Colombia and is the only woman football player of JUVENTUS PARENTS TEAM in Colombia.
